These terms govern your use of K-Food Odyssey ("the Service").

1. Data Storage and Responsibility

Photos and records uploaded by users are stored exclusively in the user's browser local storage (IndexedDB/LocalStorage). We do not store this data on our servers. Data cannot be recovered if the browser cache is cleared or if you change devices.

2. Third-Party Integration

The Service may link to or integrate with external platforms such as MyDramaList, Amazon, and Disqus. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms.

3. Community Guidelines

When using the Disqus comment system, users are prohibited from posting defamatory, offensive, or infringing content. Violation of these rules may lead to the removal of posts or restriction of access without prior notice.

4. Service Updates

The Service reserves the right to modify or update features at any time to improve the user experience.
